tried two credit cards and a debit card,visa and mastercard,nothing!

i'm now at home on a different pc,still the same thing happening,maybe it's a problem with aol,but when I attempt to go to the mastercard verification screen it just goes blank,i'm tearing my hair out!

50 minutes now & still no joy,i've had this happen time & time again,every time I click verify it just brings up a blank screen

I cannot get past the mastercard verification page after getting a ticket allocation,can anyone help?,it just goes blank!
