Re: PRESALE TO ADAM'S GIGS IN UK, GERMANY, NORWAY AND NOW PA

Thank you so much for the Paris pre-sale link - 3 tickets booked for myself & 2 friends who just happen to be taking a short break in Paris at the right time :D We saw Lenny together at the O2 in November 08!

@stargazer6:
All true, alas - I was there! Off to download LC's now, having just read that it's bubbling under the 30.. I'd been focused on the JB campaign till now. Seriously hope Leonard is getting the writer's royalties!

Re: Hallelujah on UK X-Factor (all threads merged here)

Imagine, if you will, the car park of Asda, Grimsby, on a drizzly December evening... through the air floats an inebriated chorus of "Ally-loo-yah". I didn't know whether to laugh or cry! :roll:

Re: Leonard Cohen: TOUR 2008

I'm puzzled by how many people seem to have read the spoof post about unaffordable tickets, but not the repeated posts by moderators pointing out that it was a joke :?

Re: What should his tour be called?

My vote would be for "An evening with Leonard Cohen"... it opens up so many possibilities (singing, reciting, reading, talking - as well as the possible guest collaborations that have been discussed on this board). Just want to be in the presence of the great man :) - Lynne - Not a bandwag...
