Re: Dublin Meet-up
Hope you all enjoyed the meet up. I attended the concert my first. I caught two internationla flights to do so and lost my ipad in the process but it was worth it. Sorry about your Ipad loss. Strangely enough, I found a very smashed and trampled screen tablet device this morning, (unfortunate...

Re: Dublin Meet-up
Saw Leonard last night in Wembley, great night for being inside, it was 27 degs on the outside, nice night for a field maybe! Concert was great and so was Leonard himself, always the gent and a personal heartfelt apology he gave to all The Hop Farm Refugees was appreciated. Aer Lingus have put my fl...

Re: Dublin Meet-up
I have a practical - and yes, somewhat serious - question: Is it likely or at least possible that the weather is such that wearing wellies at the concert might be a good idea? I will travel around Ireland during two weeks and wonder if I should pack them in my suitcase. I'd hate sitting for hours w...

Re: Hop Farm into Wembley Arena doesn't go!
It is a pity that this whole farrago has happened. Am sure that the maestro will charm the Wembley Arena with the same majesty as he did the last time he frequented London. When I saw Len at the O2 in 2008, he transmogrified that vast, cavernous dome into a cradle of intimacy. A magical evening, nev...

Re: URGENT: HOP FARM SHOWS TO WEMBLEY ARENA
Just 'Google' the seating capacties of The Hop Farm and Wembley Arena and compare. "Look at me" indeed. You are certainly making yourself known. Do you want replies to all your identical posts? I replied to one of the first ones talking about financial losses but I'm not going to reply to...

Re: URGENT: HOP FARM SHOWS TO WEMBLEY ARENA
OK I have successfully booked new tix. Two questions 1.Old tix were purchased with my Barclaycard, is that where the refund will appear ?- only I do not have online access to it, just monthly statements so will not know if I have a return credit until end of September. 2. Printed out my own Hop Far...

Indeed, I was under the understanding that both were seated events.

Re: URGENT: HOP FARM SHOWS TO WEMBLEY ARENA
I think your username is quite apt... I think this is the 3rd time in three different threads you've posted this exact post... Indeed and thank you for your interest from one I see who is not even going, as no one else seems bothered having been 'robbed' if they were originally attending, so your c...

Re: URGENT: HOP FARM SHOWS TO WEMBLEY ARENA
As I said in separate post:
Hop Farm into Wembley Arena doesn't go!
by Lookatme » Sun Aug 26, 2012 9:44 pm
It doesn't add up:
The Hop Farm capacity is between 30,000 and 53,000, it was reported that the first night was sold out.
Wembley Arena capacity is only 12,500!
Am I missing something.

Re: Hop Farm into Wembley Arena doesn't go!
Am I correct in assuming the Hop Farm was never sold out and a smaller venue has been chosen.

Re: URGENT: HOP FARM SHOWS TO WEMBLEY ARENA
One by one the guests are paying twice: What are exactly are the ‘unforeseen circumstances’ is it that the organisers were under the delusion that the Kent countryside would be basking under thirty degrees of sunshine in September, will the Dublin venues now also suffer the same fate if the same cri...
