The good news is that we phoned the ticket agent Parter today (rather my wife did!), and they confirmed that they can either offer a refund or the tickets will still be valid for the rescheduled concert. They didn't seem to know the rescheduled date (although I did) but confirmed their ticket policy...

It looks like the whole leg of the tour has been postponed, with the Moscow gig moved for October 7. In terms of ticket validity, I'll know more tomorrow. But I imagine it should be OK.

I now live in Moscow. I saw Leonard Cohen in Birmingham. I have just brought tickets to see him in Moscow for 2750 roubles (about the same price as Birmingham).
