This is a tad off subject but I'm wondering whether forum members are allowed to enter the Fox Theatre early for merch buying and greeting? Does anyone know?
Thanks!

Re: Fan Thoughts on "Show Me The Place"
After reading some of the posts regarding the production of this song, I think that most people (unless you've done studio work) may not realize that when a singer puts a vocal down, he or she is singing TO the music tracks. So in his earphones he is hearing the music tracks and he sings where and w...

Re: Can You See Me Now
Thank you Lizzy and please thank your friend for me. I feel silly that I directed forum members to Twisted Ballerina in a previous post and didn't remember. When you said that you've worked with abused children, it reminded me of it. You know, in my surroundings there seem to be few people who truly...

Re: Can You See Me Now
Hi again Lizzy. I would be honored to have your friend hear "Can You See Me Now". Thank you. If either one of you would like to reach me outside of this forum, please feel free to email Blue88@aol.com I imagine that working with children and seeing them "blossom" is quite rewardi...

Re: Can You See Me Now
Dear Lizzy, I love the idea of the magic satin ribbons. That whole idea resonates with me in a big way. I can imagine that a lot of healing can take place within those colorful, satin ribbons. I'd like to get the book based on that idea when it is available. And I'd like to see the mural. Does your ...

Thanks Lizzy.
I thought that children might listen and skim around on the surface a bit, but adults might go a little deeper and get it.
Thanks so much.

Can You See Me Now
Just finished a new song. It's a departure for us musically, but it's to go on a CD compilation for charity marketed to children and their families. It was fun to get out of our box. http://www.sonicbids.com/JayneSachs Click on "audio" and then on "Can You See Me Now". Thanks, Ja...

Re: CONCERT REPORT: San José, Nov 13
What a GREAT picture! I love that Leonard has his guitar strapped on and that it's a soft case. If it were a hard case, it could easily be placed with other pieces of gear as the hard case would protect it. But it's a soft case whch means it travels gently with someone. I love that Leonard travels g...

Re: CONCERT REPORT: Columbus, Ohio, October 27
Hello all. Life has changed once again after being in the presence of Mr. Leonard Cohen. Columbus was fabulous. I saw him in May and his energy and passion last night was still there. Obviously this world tour hasn't zapped much from this amazing artist. There are some performers who can fake passio...

Re: Columbus Ohio concertgoers
Hi Mary,
Is there anything officially set for something to happen between 6 and 8pm or if the forum members arrive early, are we all just going into the theatre to meet eachother if not the band? Please advise.
Thanks!
Jayne

Dear Leonard. So tell me. At age 75, is one closer to finding the bow tie? Does one ever find the bow tie? You are were 9 and I was 12 and I've been searching too. I hope your birthday was a celebration is all ways possible. Can't wait to see you in Columbus. Thank you so very much for your art. Wit...

I read this shortly after you posted it, and it's popped back into my brain several times since first reading it. There's something evocative about it. Thank you.

Geoffrey, I absolutely LOVE the drawing! And the quote. I would love to get a copy of it as well. I LOVE LOVE LOVE it!! My email is Blue88@aol.com... if you are indeed sending out to interested folks. As for being shy about your art, I understand. It's difficult at times to create art and then tap i...
