Just saw this on Sky News website, feared the worst when I first saw that he had collapsed. Still feel a little sick from the shock of that, but the reports now seem quite reassuring thankfully. The original by Leonard is the superior version by a mile for me, but the John Cale cover is actually very good. The vastly overrated Buckley rendition is terrible though, especially the chorus as it seems to lack any passion whatsoever. The minute and a half overblown intro on the Buckley version m...

Yes Paula I would have preferred an earlier date if possible, the picture of Jacko a few days ago complete with mask did set a few alarm bells ringing I have to say ;-) Hope you are able to see both Leonard and MJ somehow :)

I actually find DOALM to be his weakest to be honest, but as you say all of his albums certainly have something to offer. TNS is a wonderful album, and Dear Heather has a few excellent tracks, "The Letters" being my personal favourite. Songs of Love and Hate is probably my album of choice ...

Like many others on here, my favourites change from time to time, though at the moment I would have to choose "Famous Blue Raincoat". It just gets better everytime I listen to it!

I went to see Leonard for the first time at the MEN arena in November and it was one of the most special concerts I have ever had the pleasure to attend.
