Re: Signed poster/print
Hi Lizzy - no I've been away for quite some time and thanks for the kind words. Wendy - many thanks for the lead - coincidentally, I'd been in touch with the R.G. Gallery and they do have a few signed posters in stock, which is what I was looking for - so good news on that front and many thanks for ...

Help me if you can...
Hi, I'm trying to track down a signed poster of one of Leonard's prints - they were sold at the opening of the Manchester exhibition a number of years back. I bought two but, in the meantime, gave them away as presents. I'm now trying to find one (ideally unframed) as a gift for a particular and spe...

Signed poster/print
Hi, A very long shot. I'm trying to track down a signed poster of one of Leonard's prints. I bought two at the exhibition in Manchester a number of years back but have given both as presents in the meantime. Now I'm trying to find an unframed one for a particularly special occasion. Any ideas, leads...

Oops - sorry Dave but I'm sure Ray and Tess would be amused.
She has a brilliant sense of humour.

Re: Raymond Carver 1938 - 1988
Hi Dave
Not sure where the poem was cut/pasted from but there's an unfortunate, but darkly comic, typo:
"..... Nonetheless he pursues me
at the party. Having heard of my cancer
survival, he confesses a fear
of prostrate cancer."
This should read "prostate cancer."

Re: John Clare : Crossing The Bar : 1889
John, When I saw your post heading John Clare: Crossing the Bar - I was reminded of this John Clare poem - The Poet's Death: The world is taking little heed And plods from day to day: The vulgar flourish like a weed, The learned pass away. We miss him on the summer path The lonely summer day, Where ...
