Do I have the password correct? itwasthehat - that's what's all over the internet - and it's not working for me - and I called ticketmaster and they said it's not correct - any help please - from one fan to another.

I've been trying all day with the password itwasthehat and I haven't been able to get thru. I called ticketmaster and they said that was not one of the passwords they have for the concert. Can anyone help me, did you use that password? I just don't know what I'm doing worng.
