Presale by phone only - or online too?
I'm looking forward to the Calgary show, but confused by the instructions. Is the fan club presale only available by phone - or do we also have the option to purchase online? There will be a 2-ticket limit per show, and all tickets will be will call ONLY . [snip] ..... On-line orders with credit car...
