Ticketmaster for the Sunday, NY concert had side sections and back of the house... rather than pay in the area of $280 for a seat in XX - i kept looking (hoping there was time) and finally bought a ticket in the 2nd mezz - after all I'm sitting in the orchestra on Saturday and also going to Boston.....

i found that pairs were not readily available a few minutes after 10... singles were still available at 10:14... by specifying best available... what a scramble... i'm not sorry to be traveling to Boston for May 30th... in addition to the mid-may RCMH... thank you Jarkko for your updates, encouragem...

I know the frustration... i bought a ticket to the second Boston show during the presale to be sure i'd get one of leonard cohen's concerts... and got online before 10 - had a window open to ticketmaster and to the Jarkko's page w/ the passwords... refreshed and found the password - went to the tick...

there were no guarantees... but ticketmaster is so inept... first the advance page kept saying check back at 10am for LA and NYC... so i called their 800 # after being on hold til nearly 20 after 10 a human being picked up - and offered me seat 409 in row HH - came to $275... or so ... but i was thr...

You know - i thought the overpriced scalper tix at the beacon might be available outside the theater on the night of... and found that was not the case - though there were a good 75-100 folks freezing their brave and fearless hearts, toes, and fingers out in that freezing bitter wind to no avail... ...

given my concern that I might not get a ticket to Radio City... I managed to get a ticket to BOSTON on May 30th... so I'll be traveling up to Boston for the show... probably on the chinatown bus... unless someone f/nyc is going up on the 30th and back after the show? and hopefully get a ticket for R...

NPR Broadcast ... is anyone able to download the concert? or is it only possible to listen to it on your computer? i was hoping to be able to have it on my ipod and listen to it as i moved through life...? anyone have any suggestions...
