.... there is such a large number of tickets that are becoming unexpectedly available for Manchester in particular. Are people really so disorganised or are they worried by the flow of tickets from the promoters and the effect of supply on their nest-egg?

Same thing happened here in Dublin, I was up with the lark to get my tickets and low and behold... last week Toutmaster, eh i mean ticketmaster, released amazing ticketsfor the 'sold out gig. Unfortunately, I was not rich enough to buy more, after already paying almost 250 euro for my 2 tickets.
