As some of you may know, Lenno has high standards and he will be furious if yet again mnkyface attends a concert with worn out trousers. btw Lenno also mentioned to me last night, (every Tuesday we stay home and watch dvd's, normally old series of Friends) that the he is mighty unimpressed by the judgmental posts here about Heather McCartney, and he thinks "that woman" who wrote them should be a little kinder with her opinions.
Well, 'that woman' is ROTFLing at what you said about you and your chum Lenno, but she believes she can say whatever she likes about Heather Mills - she doesn't do kind to greedy harpies who give a bad name to womanhood. Maybe if she spent a few years in a Zen monastery...

otoh she has been bullied by the media so I am on her side
yeah, well, errrrm, hum, yeah, ok, I dunno, articulation is not my fing, who cares, SHUT IT YOU MUPPET, blah blah blah
When I saw him back in 1988 at the Albert hall, people came up at the end from the floor and respectfully left presents for him on the stage, including a bottle of wine. Which he picked up appreciatively. I imagine the stages at the venues this time will be too high or far away for that. Does anyone know if cameras are permitted in the Manchester opera house or camera-phones?

I have plans to throw many bottles from the highest tier as a sign of my appreciation of his greatness, and also as a gesture of appreciation of his sobriety.

Well another tribute option instead of banners would be for Leonard fans in the front rows to wear Leonard look alike masks, ha ha.
Elvis Costello has been touring with Bob Dylan. In a recent interview he said he looked down at the front row one night and every single person was wearing a Venetian carnival mask. Then he realised why Dylan always stands well back on the stage. Spooky!

I just know his favorite episodes are those in which Phoebe sings.
And re: Heather McCartney: no one has mentioned that Dear Heather may be about her!! "Your leg's all white from the winter." He just forgot the apostrophe. Sideways, next time you get together with Leonard, please stress to him the importance of punctuation.

I mentioned your rather sad suggestion to Lenno last night, (we had 2 Tuesdays in England this week) and he said that you have "taken a technical point". LIke me, Lenno is allergic to technical points in life (things like not paying back debts, shooting someone without their consent, punctuation etc). I can tell you, mnkyface, we wasted valuable Friends viewing time, (btw we often watch the one where Phoebe sings, do you know that one?) as I strove to rescue your reputation. Things turned nasty and I decided to put a stop to that by punching Leonard quite hard. He got his revenge by threatening to play Jazz Police. To escape that horror I quickly ran to the en suite bathroom in Bedroom 6 and jumped out of the window. My penthouse is on the 17th Floor but luckily i was caught by a passing Elvis Dylan fan who was wearing a Venetian carnival mask.
Same old, same old, life is so dull round here...
