It's a bit strange/confusing - I guess they save things for a big two-hour television broadcast? It is a bit odd that they do not televise all the performances from the Gala Dinner Event. Also, I know from years past that they like to surprise.
An article in Hamilton's Spectator provides some information about what awards were already announced at the Gala Dinner - and what is left for the two-hour television broadcast tonight.

Adam Cohen performed at the Gala Dinner last night. As well, he will be a presenter of an award at the televised event tonight (according to a post on his Facebook site - and as posted by Goldin/Roman in a thread here -

Winners for two categories in which Leonard has been nominated will be announced tonight - Songwriter of the Year, and Fan Choice Award.
Here are some excerpts from the Spectator article (the article states incorrectly that Leonard Cohen has a show in St. John's this evening) -

And where else would you find an awards’ show that didn’t proudly present such a prestigious award as Artist of the Year live on national television.
You’d think that would be the big one, wouldn’t you, Artist of the Year?
But no, when the Juno Awards’ two-hour extravaganza is broadcast live from Regina Sunday night on CTV at 8 p.m., there will be only seven category winners announced: Album of the Year, Single of the Year, Songwriter of the Year, Breakthrough Group of the Year, Group of the Year, Adult Alternative Album of the Year and the Juno Fan Choice Award.
Artist of the Year will be announced along with 34 other Juno winners at a dinner Saturday in a red-bricked convention centre on the outskirts of Regina. The gala dinner will be attended by several hundred movers and shakers in the Canadian music industry but not televised.

SONGWRITER
Always a strong category, songwriting is something Canadians do exceptionally well. It’s unusual for a group to be nominated as in the case of the Arkells, so it’s great to see the Hamilton rock band’s well-crafted songs (Michigan Left/On Paper/Whistleblower) included here. And, if you aren’t aware of the music of Hanna Georgas or Afie Juvanen (who performs under the name Bahamas), you should have a listen. Kathleen Edwards probably deserves it for Voyager, a moving—up album written mostly in her former house on Hamilton’s Glenfern Avenue, but it’s hard to imagine anyone taking this one from The Bard, himself, Leonard Cohen.

JUNO FAN CHOICE AWARD
A strange salad of 10 nominees, including Cohen, Michael Bublé and Nickelback, this category is made for pop stars like Justin Bieber. The critics may not like him, but the kids who vote sure do.

This site offers live streaming online of the event - it could be available only in Canada - I don't know.

I'm editing to add that, going back to February, the idea was in my head of the possibility of Leonard appearing at the Juno TV event tonight (based on the cancellation of the second St. John's show that seemed to coincide maybe with announcements of Juno nominations?).
But - I don't know.
I edited a post I made earlier that may have suggested otherwise. I really have no idea other than speculation about that possibility ... and I suspect a lot of us are wondering. We will be finding out soon.
I watched a video last night showing highlights of performances from the Gala Dinner - and full video of Anne Murray's performance - and now I can't find that link.
