A Thousand Kisses Deep

Does anyone have the words to Thousand Kisses Deep - the recitation at the concert in Sydney last night 28/01/09. I have the verses from the CD but the verses in recitation seemed different? Would appreciate anyone's help.

Both versions are printed in the Cohen Tour Programme (Australia at least).
