Hi folks,

Our gathering at the Italian restaurant went off to plan without any hitches and I think everyone really enjoyed it, with no negative reports (I’m aware of) about the food, service, cost, or distance from our venue etc.

We ended up with 21 people in total, comprised of a mixture of Forum members and their friends. My friends included old schoolmates, one of whom I hadn’t seen since 1978/9. It was also particularly nice to have Christelle from France (‘LC&LC’) along with Aad and Gery (‘bogra’) from the Netherlands.

Of the Forum regulars (or otherwise), apart from myself, there was ‘AlanM’, ‘B4real’, ‘blonde madonna’, ‘Junk’, ‘LC&LC’, ‘bogra’ and ‘Jenny Hume’.

I haven’t tagged anyone in the photos, though that could always happen in some way (such as self disclosure) I guess.

Thank you for organising the meet-up Andrew. Food and service was great, they brought us complimentary hot chips while we waited for our orders and they played Leonard for us, couldn't ask for more.

The photos make me realise how many people were there that I didn't get to say hello to! I will out myself as the non-blonde woman in the last picture of your first set, talking to LC&LC (and I now know what her forum name means). Now I'm hoping others will follow.
