Sorry for the late reply: in the past we stayed at the Crowne Plaza. Their shuttle picked us up at the airport and their shuttle dropped us off at the taproom.

The taproom is literally part of the concert venue.

After the show I don't recall why we couldn't get a shuttle, but we walked back to the hotel.
So it's walk able. (bridget25, I'd recommend a cab for you on the way back if the shuttle can't pick up).

The crowne plaza shuttles stop running at midnight. The receptionist told me they usually don't send a shuttle to the concert venue after a concert due to the congested result of hundreds of cars trying to leave the area at once.

She did however tell me to call anyways and see if I could be at a more approachable (less congested area) to see if the driver could swing by for us. At least some chance exists for pick up.

Me and my GF are still planning to be at the Tap room by 6pm. At this moment my GF is fighting a mild cold and is asleep; if things change, about us attending the pre show meet up I'll advise.
