Great concert in Toulon! The audience was wonderful! Roscoe didn't play his upright bass during the whole concert! Don't know why!

A stellar performance. Actually one of the best I have been to and I have been to a few.

And what an audience. They gave a standing ovation minutes into the first break.

This concert was well worth the inconvenience of sitting on a coach from Verona for eleven hours. We would do it again anytime.

Leonard and band, thank you so much for a wonderful evening.

All is explained today by Leif in his tour diary - it's great to have that, love reading the latest instalment! :D

For posterity - the possibility of someone reading through this thread in - say - another year or two - or three - or even someone now who is not familiar with guitar tech Leif Bodnarchuk's interesting, informative and humourous blog - here is the link - :)

About Roscoe's bass -
The fingerboard of Roscoe’s upright bass has simply dislodged itself from its gluings and is certifiably inoperable for the evening.
But that is just the beginning of that part of the story. And there is much more to read about - including soaked rugs, Leonard's French, encores - a must read! And already they have all moved on - to meet the challenges that Paris might bring.

Seems as if the full setlist is back. The Zenith was an indoor venue wasn't it?

Now I'm reall hoping that Paris won't have curfew issues either, and that we will get the full show. 8)
