Dear Heather
So, is this really the title of a new album? Any word from NY on when it will be released?

Yeah a new album....I'm really really happy.
But I hope it is a guitar driven album as it was promised.
And I hope too that most of the text are written by Leonard (I heard abour Scott and other poets)

One for the money
Two for the show
Three to get ready
Go man go
I said tell me Mr. Siegal
How do I get out of here

From what we heard of the album it is not guitar driven but there is much more guitar in it than TNS which only had a bit of guitar on "In My Secret Life." Overall, the album seems to have more life and variety than TNS but that is no knock on TNS of course.

On the "Dear Heather" page, I noticed that the song list will include a 'live' version of "Tennessee Waltz". I heard Leonard do this in 1985 in Sydney, Australia. It was an amazing rendition of this song, & I always wondered why he had never included it on any of his albums.
I am looking forward to hearing this again, after nearly 20 years.

This time Anjani Thomas has participated in the majority
of the songs (and is singing on the tracks), about eight if
I remember correctly. Sharon Robinson is credited for
about three (I'm at a summer cottage in the middle of
nowhere in Central Finland and have no access to my
archive - that's why I have to be so inaccurate). There
is MUCH more variation in the songs than on TNS.
