Well, I have just registered without a hitch. Very smooth. Now I will have to see how the flight situation progresses as we get into next year. But, I will keep my fingers crossed. Would be so wonderful to be with all of you in such a magnificent city, to celebrate the person we love!

I've registered too. I've always wanted to visit Poland, so here's the golden opportunity! A beautiful city to see and beautiful people to meet!

Salutations from the Land Down Under

I registered as well - not sure where I was in the scheme of things, but my printout of the registration process says 4.02am (Perth, Western Australia). I've always wanted to see Poland and I've now got the perfect excuse (and a lovely friend to accompany me) to go visit Dracula's castle and other haunts! Who else would like a side trip to Transylvania?

just registered without any problems but with just one minor hiccup I forgot to put a two in the little box entitled number of participants so for one brief moment I was single again but my eagle eyed wife noticed this mistake so now we are both registered and looking forward to next August

I have just registered and 52 places have already gone (that means there are only 248 places left) so if you are going don't put it off too long. I just need the valium for the flight now! I was a bit shocked to get the payment details 417.55 PLN but then I did the currency convertor and it is £85.71

My online credit card activity shows US$290 pending. That's for two people, which is very reasonable for all the great events they are organizing.

I bought a new camera and was testing it last month. Son, Leonard, middle granddaughter and I spent a weekend in Santa Barbara (California). I have attached a very short 2 minute clip. Watch it soon, because after I figure out how my restricted list gets private access, I will pull it.
(Any help about this would be appreciated)

My dear Laura

I will apologise well in advance and accept that my punishment is to be screamed at by you, should I drop the dreaded name!
Will you forgive me / let me off, if I only use the term Count, or the name Vlad? I look forward to meeting you, no matter how loud it becomes!

Ha ha, Greg! Ok, I should have known I have no chance to scream at an australian; you're too charming.
It will be nice meeting you too; but I must warn you I don't live in Transylvania. The area where I am is much more civilised, no biting (usually). ;-)

(off-topic) Speaking of Dracula, it seems that I will be every near his castle in mid-October, for my best friend's wedding, so, Laura, maybe we can meet for the coffee in Bucharest;) Will let you now if that happens; probably will, as I never was there in Romania. (Croatian version of the wedding is in September.)
