Thanks so much for your support, Marie (and others from this community who donated)! My producer's on tour, but we've been preparing all spring. Hopefully we'll have something around Thanksgiving ( late November or so) to share.

I downloaded Julie's new album 'Weeds Like Us' a little while ago and am listening to it now. It was worth waiting for too. It has a nice Southwestern feel. Julie sounds great and one song in particular stands out. 'Slow Motion Trouble' is really a perfect blues song and could stand by itself as a single.
Her band is also excellent. The guitarist sounds great and the song 'weeds like us' has a great banjo solo. I look forward to listening to this again and again, but for a first listen, I love it.
Congratulations Julie and let's go for 'gold'.
