It's great seeing some of the overlap of people from Berlin, even if only in photos. It looks like your Event was great for everyone. It bodes well for 2008 .

The house band concept worked very well as did the mix of poets and musicians! Some interesting vantage points in the images!

A house band well versed in Leonard's songs could make it easier for more to perform, I'd think.

Just a reminder that portions of this program are to be broadcast on CBC 740 at 5:00 pm Edmonton time October 7, and radio 2 CBC (90.9) at noon on October 8. Definitely worth a listen if you missed the live performance.

Close but not quite. Will have to do. Can't locate the posting[s] re: the 2008 Edmonton Event. Heard on Hydra that Kim changed the dates for it. Disappointing, indeed, as [per Don Cummer's suggestion], I was really looking forward to the rodeo at Calgary during the same, general timeframe. Don't recall the exact dates of either, but it seems now that both won't be possible.

Can someone confirm the new dates? Thanks.

The final dates are July 25-28, 2008
Kim will make all details public as soon he has recruited the # 1 top performer.
