Hi! I want to sell the first Cohen's album 'The Songs Of Leonard Cohen'. It's from UK-1968 (CBS S63241), stereo (can also be played in mono) and I don't know which price would be the best. Honestly I'm not a Cohen's fan. One of my friends gave me this vinyl few years ago and know I have jus found it in my closet and I decided to sell it. So anyone can help me? In my opinion vinyl is in a good condition. And I don't know if it's important, but my albums is numbered as 75 on the back cover.

What are you doing here if you're not Cohen's fan? OK, I suppose you want to sell the album you don't want to one of us. Why don't you just keep an eye on eBay where there's plenty of SOLC albums for sale and see what they go for?

BTW I don't think the number counts for anything - it's probably just someone numbering their own record collection. We did things like that back then. I'm pretty certain my own vinyl album from the same date doesn't have any sort of limited edition number. Not even sure limited editions had been invented in the 60s

hi, I am sorry to say, but the UK Stereo pressing is very common and no special value for collectors. I am colleting LC albums for years and as far as I know the MONO version is very special because in those days almost everybody preferred STEREO, so very few MONO were pressed and sold.... :(

for more information about the MONO pressing, check this topic:
