This is a chilling tale isn't it. Out of all of my children, in a way - it is my daughter who I worry about the most in some respects.
You do everything as you think you should be doing it - and pray that it holds up as they get into their teenage years!
I guess it's all about foundation stones. Still, scary stuff though.

Thanks Karren

Hi A.

Having lived through that 'Little Princes Syndrome' and seeing how beautiful that father and daughter relashionship can be at the time and how destructive it can be in the long run. And Mummy is always the bad guy! because she is the only one who will discipline the child.

Not fair. Especially on the Princess who thinks every man is going to put her on a pedestal,(what a shock when they don't).

Don't panic V.

Nobody could ever deny Princess Violet her place on a pedestal!

Don't worry that only happens in real life!

Can I be the one who likes digging for worms and making mud pies, and keeps getting into trouble for getting her princess dress mucky all of the time??

I think we can let you be the gardener as long as we can call you Mellors. ( I will have to get the approval of Princess V and Queen Cate (though I think Queen Cate is too busy with her Drinks at the moment).

But you can't make the princesses dress mucky(that wouldn't be right).

Well can't I just not say about the mucky muddy bit yet, and then if I become am a princess, I will just go and do it anyways? Can't we pretend that I didn't say that bit yet? haha - I promise to stick up my pinky finger when sipping tea on the lawn - even if I have been playing with slugs and snails two minutes before. I can compromise ;)

As long as you can make things grow then we will allow you to get as mucky as you like.

slugs and snails! I knew I liked you Claire.

I'm not sure that I'd make a very good queen, sounds like a lot of responsibility. Can I be a mistress instead, with a nice little cottage by the garden ... they still get ladies in waiting that bring them screaming orgasms (the drink) right?

Thank you for the smiles ladies - I've been at a conference for the last two days, today I choose to do the 'life and death medical' all day session. This morning was about 'advancements' in prenatal testing (I won't go into details but it was horrible -to me - and had me in tears but I couldn't leave as that would have just drawn attention to me. Not that I'm against informed testing)

Cate

Mistresses don't get Ladies in waiting bringing them Screaming Orgasms, or any other drinks. so maybe you would like to rethink your decision.

And they usualy end up without their heads(mind you so do most of the queens). Hobson's choice really.

what - nobody would bring me drinks?
okay, Queen it is. I'll get a peasant dress for sneaking into the village - Karran you can be my lookout just keep the king occupied if he comes looking for me (that's provided we find a king)
if you're a lady in waiting to you get to have wild affairs with handsome knights?

Violet - would you like a daisy crown to go with your purple dress?
