That's a beautiful quote by O'Donohue, Diane 8) .
With photography, it is often said that you don't take a picture of the scene, you take a picture of the light.
I can appreciate this. I love black & white photography. Black and white are also my favourite colours, followed by purple, turquoise, and pink.

I really like that inverse perspective on white, Jurica. Perhaps, that relates to why some people find white rooms, decorations, and clothing so restful and appealing.

I’d have guessed that Lizzy, about your fave colours, having seen the pics from Hydra :wink: . I love purple too. Also love décor of simple and restful wood and white. Lovely.
