check and mate

i am hungry
but i don't show

because my appetite
should not be about you

yet again and again
the evening
has your voice

and once again
your words
create a spell

so, another game
of chess.
shall we?

check and mate
the war is won

and once more i
serve myself
on a plate

a few lines....

as darkness softly breathes
in embrace around your neck
i wish i could be that blanket
in this endless night.

the sound of a waterfall
the sound of waves coming to shore

but the best of them all:
a sound of silence(e. g. in a forest) every once in a while

I think none of us is going to write professionally and that is why we critisize each other very little (actually allmost not at all) I do think poets here could use some some advices sometimes (like me) bu...

yes...im sure in a way this is the sky you saw, Lizzy. Maybe i got the inspiration from your post. I read it once again. I can see very clearly how beautiful it must have been... But..one can never capture something like this on a photograph... Makera, all earthly things are important. At least you ...

goodbye

You left so sudden No time for goodbyes Rushing off to deep Chasing away the grey No time for goodbyes No time to pack the memories. You forgot your dreams and your smell. I still remeber the way you spoke and yes, is still recall your laughter so when you left without farewell when you had no time ...

what a poem! If people would live like you described in your poem....I think we could all live in happiness. Does your loving of bad things mean that you accept them? I'm wondering about one thing... "I love the beaming smile of a newborn boy." i think i heard somewhere that children canno...
