My daughter texted to say how she's enjoying Leonard Cohen at random on Alexa..listening to songs she hasn't heard before. She loves Leonard. I'm so glad I introduced her to Leonard. Just shows how relevant his words still are today.
Love you and miss you Leonard.

Re: Leonard Has Passed Away
Am I in a minority finding the "Optional final verse" both inappropriate and offensive? My feelings are the same as yours. I am so sick and tired of every single web forum I visit, that have absolutely nothing to do with politics, will always have at least one politically charged posting....

Re: URGENT: LONDON AND LEEDS RE-SCHEDULED
Absolutely dismayed to learn of the change of dates for the Leeds and London dates, especially after the clash with Jewish religious dates had been pointed out by the likes of Jackie T on 23rd May, the very day the UK dates were announced. After a similar reason for a change of date in Verona last ...

Re: URGENT: LONDON AND LEEDS RE-SCHEDULED
Good heavens, anne alexander... how long were you a "fan" and "in love" to begin with? This is certainly an incredibly unfortunate and costly thing that's happened, but the charges that you and some others throw at Leonard are totally uncalled-for and unfair. Performers have man...

I have said all that needed to be said. No use in trying to bait me into an argument here, or via PM or elsewhere.

Re: URGENT: LONDON AND LEEDS RE-SCHEDULED
I fully agree with what Gingermop has said. An artist is not involved in the planning of tour dates and as I have stated above already Leonard cannot be expected to double check arrangements made by his management or whoever. I also want to say that I am fully confident Leonard does it all for the ...

Re: URGENT: LONDON AND LEEDS RE-SCHEDULED
Seems to me that Leonards main focus nowadays is all about making money - perhaps it always was Have to agree with you LH. Never thought I'd say that. Less than two weeks after being enthralled by him at the O2, I feel nothing but disgust at this wholly avoidable debacle. The whole thing just stink...

Re: URGENT: LONDON AND LEEDS RE-SCHEDULED
So sorry for those affected. We all know how expensive travel and hotels are, and this is totally inacceptable. As this was totally foreseeable and easily preventable, I agree with the advice above for Brits to check out the Small Claims Court. Even more concerned for people coming from abroad with...

Re: URGENT: LONDON AND LEEDS RE-SCHEDULED
Not your fault Jarkko, but I'm disgusted at this. I now have lost in excess of £400 for non refundable flights and hotel costs.... AEG, Leonard's management and - to a certain degree - Leonard should hang their heads in shame. We're only pawns in their game. I agree Zimmy66. I will not lose money t...

Re: URGENT: LONDON AND LEEDS RE-SCHEDULED-
This is not a good reason to change a tour date. There is a contract between the supplier and the purchaser just as in any purchase of goods. Cohen should be paying all expenses incurred by anyone because of his change (just as Easyjet have done for me if the flight was cancelled). No difference. It...

Re: CONCERT REPORTS: Dublin Sept 11, 12, 14 & 15, 2012
Another great show in Dublin tonight - the best of the four IMHO (or maybe it was just the show where I was least bothered by drunks, talkers and screaming banshees ....) Going Home snuck back in to the setlist and we enjoyed the tour debut of Anyhow, complete with new lyrics (but not the new words...

Concert Start Time Dublin
Our tickets say Gates open at Kilmainham 4pm, but when we booked on Ticketmaster they had start time of concert as 4pm. Can anyone clarify for me? Anne Alexander
