Re: CONCERT REPORTS: Las Vegas, Nevada, December 10 & 11, 2010
@ Gwen Loved your singing so don't worry about that! Also agree with you that I find it frustrating when people yell out during "a thousand kisses deep" I find this poem so achingly moving... Can only echo the sentiments about Las Vegas, the strip and the city.... I suppose it didn't help ...

Re: CONCERT REPORTS: Las Vegas, Nevada, December 10 & 11, 2010
@ Gwen I was the gentleman who sat next to you on the Saturday night concert and now I can also boast that the girl with the huge Irish flag whom Dino acknowledged, went on to meet Leonard the following morning. Some things are meant to be...and I do truly believe you were meant to encounter LC and ...

Re: CONCERT REPORTS: Las Vegas, Nevada, December 10 & 11, 2010
My Mother introduced to the wondererous world of Leonard Cohen several years ago... and then I took her to see the UHTC show in Queensland back in 2008. I was transfixed, mesmerized, flawed beyond all words, beyond all semblance of expression... Because of that show I made a point of being in Las Ve...

Re: AUSTRALIA AND NEW ZEALAND
So as Leonard and his band of wonderful musicians prepare to depart these shores I do wonder what will be the lasting impression of this tour in their collective minds...? My first ever LC concert was an overwhelming expererience...akin to a transformation of sorts - I had no idea any human being co...

Beautifully said, Lennie.
How lucky are those to be in attendance tonight, Tuesday, for quite possibly the last time in Australasia...?
I'll be there in spirit....

Re: Brisbane, Feb 3
I daresay the first few rows were reserved for friends of the promoters and extended family?
Isn't that how it works...?
For sure, I tried to get front row seats for this concert, make that experience, and ended up overlooking from the port side of the cavernous BEC.
Best,
Trenton

Re: AUSTRALIA AND NEW ZEALAND
As one of almost 7 billion other human beings going about his or her life I consider it an enormous privilidge to have seen Leonard Cohen the other night with my mother totally transfixed to the wonderful man... Mr Cohen has now become a huge inspiration to me - my mom introduced me to the great one...

Golly, gee whiz....That's a bit harsh describing Mr Cohen as "tired" I went along with my mom in Brisvegas the other night and I doubt whether I will ever see a concert like it ever again in my life! I only hope I have has as much energy at his age...? A rising 74 yr old kid. Sincerely, Tr...
